The Brief
Unmind is a workplace mental health platform that helps people measure, manage and improve their wellbeing. The challenge was to evolve the brand originally developed by Ragged Edge, and build a product system so it felt more human, confident and connected. The goal was to create a digital experience that brings clarity to a complex subject without losing warmth.

The Work
The work started by finding balance. It needed to feel professional enough for global enterprise clients, yet personal enough to speak to individuals. The new identity system was built around that tension. Calm but energising. Simple but expressive. Every element had a purpose. Colour was used to set the emotional tone and guide users through each task with ease. Illustration and typography were reworked for accessibility and inclusivity, making the experience feel open and honest. The system rolled out across mobile, desktop and campaign work, including Unmind Help, a new feature that connects employees to therapy and support in just a few clicks. It created a consistent link between how the brand looks, feels and works.
