The Brief
Royal Canin wanted to evolve beyond products and create a digital platform that supports healthier habits for pets and owners. Connected Care was designed to do exactly that. A space where insight, data and daily routines meet. The challenge was to define a design system that could live inside an app experience, feel emotionally grounded, and carry Royal Canin’s trusted authority into every interaction.

At the centre of Connected Care is the red dot. A simple mark that became the platform’s organising idea and a constant guide across content, interaction and motion. It symbolises focus, precision and partnership, connecting the brand’s scientific roots to everyday pet life. The dot evolved into a full design language. From navigation and iconography to behaviour prompts and progress visualisation, every element traces back to it. The system is built to scale across devices and regions, with flexible components ready for future features and partnerships.
